• Swaapty does not inspect, verify, or guarantee listed items.
• All swaps are arranged directly between users.
• Communicate honestly and follow through in good faith.

• No illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or hazardous items.
• No selling for money. Swaapty is for swapping only.
• No harassment, threats, or abuse of other users.
• No false or misleading descriptions.
• No multiple accounts or impersonation.
• No bots, scripts, or automated tools.

Swaapty is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for damages, losses, or disputes from swap transactions between users.

Resolve disputes directly through messaging. Contact support@swaapty.com for disputes with Swaapty itself.

Swaapty may suspend or terminate accounts for conduct violating these Terms, at our sole discretion.
